This role will act as a vital link between Finance, Project Coordination and a range of business functions, helping to keep projects organised, information accurate and stakeholders connected.Who are we?We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. We’re proud of our close-knit culture, where we speak up, celebrate differences and push boundaries together.About the roleThis is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll help keep multiple projects organised, ensuring key information is accurate, up to date and easily accessible. You'll be responsible for maintaining project trackers, preparing reports, supporting meetings, providing general administrative support to the Central Engineering team and helping project teams monitor progress against plans and budgets.You'll work closely with colleagues across Engineering, Operations, Finance, IT and Project teams, building strong relationships and ensuring everyone has the information they need to make informed decisions.This role would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with data and spreadsheets, and has a keen eye for detail. You do not need an accounting background.
