We're looking for a 24hr Team Manager to play a key role in driving performance, developing colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our production site around the clock.Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll lead and support teams across a 24/7 operation, helping to embed Intersnack Work Systems (IWS) ways of working while delivering against critical performance, quality and safety targets. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll be empowered to make decisions, solve problems and create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and colleague engagement. Working on a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, you'll be a trusted leader both during the day and out of hours, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional service delivery.What is IWS?The Intersnack Working System (IWS) is our approach to continuous improvement.
