The Firm Established in 2020, KP Law (previously Keller Postman) is a specialist litigation boutique, focussing on collective redress. The firm has over 100 employees across offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Liverpool, representing over 250,000 individual clients across a range of cases in areas such as product liability, competition, worker rights, data breach and privacy and financial services. The firm’s ethos is to combine the best legal talent with a strong operational and technological platform to enable its clients to pursue cases that could not otherwise be brought against large corporates as a result of their wrongdoing. Uniquely, KP Law is owned and fully financed by a recognised UK litigation funder (Legatus Holdings). All of its cases are for claimants and carried out under contingent fee agreements at no cost or risk to its clients.

The Role The Administrator provides essential support across the organisation by maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance, coordinating communication, and ensuring efficient daily operations across the organisation.

  • Maintain organised and accurate office filing systems, including physical and digital case documentation.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports in line with firm standards.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, distribute communications, and ensure timely follow up on actions required.
  • Support diary management, meeting scheduling, and room bookings for legal and operational teams.
  • Handle confidential case information in accordance with GDPR and the firm's data protection policies.
  • Support legal teams with compiling case bundles, evidence files, and archiving materials.
  • Ensure legal documentation, policies, and procedural materials are correctly stored and accessible.
  • Assist with periodic audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks across the department.

Person Specification Previous administrative experience in a professional environment, ideally within a legal, compliance, or regulated setting.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Competent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using case/document management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in line with GDPR and firm policies.
  • Experience managing diaries, booking meetings, and coordinating schedules.
  • Proven ability to maintain filing systems and manage large volumes of documents.
