Job title - Labourer Company - KP Civil LTD Location - Belfast/Newcastle/Ballymoney Salary and Benefits - £9.00 -£14.00 per hour depending on experience Job type - Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Employed and Self employed accepted Company description KP Civil LTD is a growing Civil Construction company based in Castlewellan carrying out work throughout Northern Ireland. We specialise in Plant/Labour Hire, Groundworks, Drainage and general siteworks to Residential, Commercial and Infrastructure projects. Going above and beyond to meet our client\'s needs is our number one priority, producing high quality work in a safe and timely manner. Job description Applicants Role: - Permanent member of the team as a General Labourer - Labour for/with excavator carrying out drainage, utilities, foundations, site clearance and whatever other site activities are required - Learn how to operate excavators (1.5-25 Ton) and other machinery (dumpers, rollers, tractors etc.) under supervision based on experience. - Understand and read plans, use laser level, measuring tape and assist with setting out as required (help will be given to understand all of these). Applicants must: -Be Reliable -Have Good timekeeping -Be Willing to learn -Be Self Motivated -Have a Good Work Ethic -Use initiative -Conduct themselves in a professional respectful manner Applicants preferred (but not essential): -Provide a CV of any/all work experience and education -Valid Driving License -CSR Card -General Site Experience -Experience with general machinery (farming etc.) Applicants without a UK Driving license, any site experience or CSR Cards are encouraged to apply as help will be given for these. What we are looking for is an employee that has a willingness to get stuck in no matter the task and open to learning new skills.
