We’re seeking an experienced Applications Support Analyst/Developer to join our growing FinTech team. This business‑critical role will lead the support for a new digital platform, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional service for internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support for digital applications, resolving issues within SLAs
- Minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement across web/mobile platforms
- Collaborate with test and development teams to support production and project environments
- Contribute to IT strategy, roadmaps, and solution design discussions
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience supporting digital/web/mobile applications
- Strong SQL and Azure KQL queries
- Linux scripting expertise
- Experience managing IIS‑hosted digital solutions
- Experience in supporting ETL/ELT solutions like Azure Data Factory, SSIS packages
Highly Desirable
- BigCommerce website support
- Redis platform experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 API support and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Azure App Insights)
- Other Microsoft Azure services like Logic Apps, Function Apps, Databases, storage accounts such as blob or ADLS
