What you'll be doing:

  • Carrying out Landlord Gas Safety checks (CP12s)
  • Servicing, diagnosing and repairing boilers
  • Fault finding on central heating systems
  • Completing general plumbing work
  • Managing materials and ordering parts efficiently
  • Delivering a professional and friendly service to customers
  • Working independently to a high standard
  • Taking part in a paid callout rota

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 12 years experience in plumbing & heating
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service
  • Ability to manage your own workload effectively
  • Gas Safe registered with current qualifications: ACS, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
