This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing dental group as our second videographer, working alongside a full, established marketing team. Our group spans multiple patient-facing practices, an on-site dental lab, and a dentist-facing training academy — giving you real variety and scope to make your mark. You’ll bring content ideas to life through high-quality video across our different brands: the marketing team provides the ideas and briefs, and you bring the storytelling, creative execution, and eye for what resonates with each audience — building awareness, nurturing prospective patients and dental professionals, and driving conversion to booked appointments and course sign-ups.
About the Team
- You’ll join a full, established marketing team — not working in isolation.
- You’ll be the second videographer on the team, with the chance to collaborate, share ideas, and raise the creative bar together.
- As a growing multi-brand group — practices, an on-site lab, and our training academy — there’s plenty of room to develop your role and skills as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Filming & Storytelling
- Film high-quality video content across practices, adapting on the fly to real clinical environments.
- Bring given ideas and briefs to life through strong storytelling and creative execution.
- Apply an understanding of patient psychology to convey messages that reassure, engage, and build trust.
- Edit footage into engaging content for social media and web.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animation, subtitles, and visual effects where required.
Trend & Competitor Awareness
- Keep a finger on the pulse of competitor content, industry trends, and emerging formats — including what performs well in-feed versus in Stories/Reels and other short-form formats.
Multi-Brand Content
- Create content across multiple brands within our group, including patient-facing clinics and our dentist-facing training academy.
- Adapt tone, style, and messaging for each audience — patients on one hand, dental professionals on the other.
- Maintain each brand’s distinct identity while contributing to a consistent standard of quality across the group.
Content for Awareness, Nurturing & Conversion
- Shape top-of-funnel content that builds awareness and reaches new audiences, whether patients or dental professionals.
- Bring nurturing content to life (e.g., patient stories, educational and reassurance content, or course/academy content for dentists) that builds trust over time.
- Produce conversion-focused content (e.g., service explainers, testimonials, calls to action) that supports booking decisions and course sign-ups.
Scheduling & Relationships
- Manage the filming schedule across multiple practices and the academy — this is not a planning role, but keeping on top of when and where filming can happen is.
- Proactively keep in touch with dentists, practice teams, and patients, and build genuine relationships to secure buy-in, access, and willing participants for content.
- Work flexibly around clinical diaries, which can change at short notice, adapting plans and taking the initiative to capture content as opportunities arise.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team, practice managers, and clinicians to turn ideas and briefs into engaging content.
- Collaborate with our other videographer to share ideas, cover workload, and support each other.
- Manage multiple content projects, from brief to delivery, across the group.
Digital & Marketing Support
- Assist with uploading and managing content on websites and social media.
- Support live streaming, webinars, and other virtual events as required.
- Help ensure content is optimised for digital performance and audience engagement.
Asset & Systems Management
- Maintain an organised, version-controlled library of raw footage, edited videos, templates, and other content assets.
- Stay up to date with content production tools, trends, and best practice.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Film, Media, Video Production, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a videography or content creation role, ideally within a marketing environment.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability and the range to turn a brief into finished, engaging video.
- A natural eye for what an audience wants to see and how to keep them watching.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clinicians and patients.
- Comfortable adapting tone and style across different brands and audiences.
- Self-managing, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and consistently deliver video to deadline.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience working within multi-site, multi-brand, or healthcare organisations.
- Experience creating B2B or training-focused content alongside consumer-facing content.
- Experience creating content for paid social campaigns.
- Experience with live streaming or webinar production.
The Type of Person We Want
- A storyteller at heart — someone who can take a simple idea and make it genuinely engaging on screen.
- Can-do and resourceful, finding a way to get the shot even when plans change.
- A natural relationship-builder who puts dentists, practice teams, and patients at ease on camera.
- Calm and adaptable when plans change at the last minute.
- Reliable and self-directed, managing their own time and consistently delivering on schedule.
- Excited by variety — comfortable switching gears between different brands, audiences, and tones across the same week.
- Keen to grow with us as the team and content function develops.
- Comfortable and professional working in a clinical, patient-facing environment.
