KOVE is a fast‑growing wellness and outdoor living brand specialising in premium ice baths, saunas, chillers and recovery products. We’re building a modern lifestyle brand within the home wellness space, combining high‑quality products with clean design, exceptional customer service and a strong focus on long‑term brand building.
As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for an ambitious, organised and commercially‑minded individual to become a key part of the team. This role would suit someone early in their career who wants genuine responsibility, enjoys variety, and is excited by the opportunity to help build a growing business from the inside.
The Role
You’ll work directly alongside the founder across ecommerce, customer experience, marketing, operations and business growth. No two days are the same. One day you might be helping a customer choose the right sauna, updating product pages and coordinating deliveries. The next, you could be reviewing marketing performance, planning content, working with our Google Ads agency, or launching a new product range. This is a hands‑on startup role with significant responsibility and long‑term progression potential. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn how a business operates and grow into a larger role over time.
Responsibilities
- Customer Experience
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
- Helping customers choose the right products
- Managing order enquiries, delivery updates and after‑sales support
- Resolving issues professionally and proactively
- Monitoring reviews and customer feedback
- Helping maintain KOVE’s reputation for exceptional customer service
- Ecommerce & Website Management
- Updating and improving the Shopify website
- Managing product listings and product information
- Uploading imagery and digital assets
- Creating FAQs, setup guides and manuals
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rates
- Supporting new product launches
- Operations
- Creating shipping labels and coordinating with the warehouse and 3PL partners
- Monitoring deliveries and resolving courier issues
- Assisting with stock and inventory management
- Supporting the development of internal systems and processes
- Helping ensure the day‑to‑day operation of the business runs smoothly
- Marketing & Growth
- Assisting with social media content across Instagram and TikTok
- Creating content using Canva and other design tools
- Writing blogs, newsletters and website copy
- Monitoring advertising performance and helping identify opportunities for improvement
- Supporting email campaigns, product launches and promotions
- Helping grow the KOVE brand across multiple channels

What Success Looks Like
After 12 months:
- Customer enquiries are handled confidently and independently
- Orders and deliveries are managed efficiently
- The website is regularly maintained and improved
- Marketing activity is organised and consistent
- Relationships with agencies and suppliers are managed professionally
- Internal processes become more efficient
- The founder can increasingly delegate day‑to‑day responsibilities
Long-Term Opportunity
This role is designed to grow. Initially, you’ll gain exposure across customer experience, ecommerce, marketing and operations. Over time, there will be opportunities to take ownership of larger projects, manage key business functions and develop into a senior operational or commercial role as KOVE continues to scale. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the business for years, not months.

- £30,000 salary
- Quarterly bonus (£250–£1,000 depending on business performance and progression)
