Our sales team is the engine that drives our investments business, and this new target-driven role will help increase our client base. revenue pipeline and meet our ambitious sales targets. This role involves overseeing the first half of the sales cycle, from lead generation through cold out-reach and calling, evaluating leads, building relationships, and booking qualified leads into our closers’ diaries. We\’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, someone who thrives in a sales and target-driven environment, with previous experience. You\’ll be determined, driven, and resilient. What You\’ll Be Doing This is a cold sales role that involves full-cycle sales responsibility: Generating your own leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other outreach Qualifying prospects Building rapport and managing your own pipeline Closing clients onto one of our property investment packages Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to: Researching and identifying potential clients (property investors) Cold calling, emailing and messaging prospects to generate interest Qualifying leads against clear criteria Booking viable, high-quality appointments into our closers’ diaries Hitting weekly and monthly KPIs around outreach volume and bookings Keeping detailed notes in the CRM and updating pipelines Working with the sales and marketing teams to optimise messaging and lead quality Preparing weekly and monthly sales forecasts reports Being an ambassador of the KOVE brand, understanding and promoting the company and it’s services Continuously learning and improving Skills and experience: You are excited to be part of a values led property company and small team, but also motivated by personal ambition. You are flexible and learn quickly and have the ability to work on your own initiative. Communication will be key since we will be mainly working remotely, at home. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with a wide range of people Hardworking and goal-oriented Previous experience in achieving results in a sales environment (outbound sales, telesales or lead generation experience) minimum 1 years experience Driven, determined and resilient Excellent organisational and time management skills Growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failures Previous experience in property industry (desirable) Knowledge of property and property investment (desirable) Ability to generate leads and manage a pipeline of sales Ability to work autonomously and using own initiative Understanding of the sales process and dynamics A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good IT skills and experience to use systems such as MS Office, CRM and Asana.
