You’ll be working with a mix of engaged, paying clients who have signed up to our service, and older contacts who’ve shown interest in the past. Your job is to re-engage, build trust, and guide them through smart investment decisions — backed by the support of a mission-driven, values-led company. We’ve just come off our best year of sales yet and are heading into our most exciting chapter to date — expanding into nationwide property investment opportunities for our fast-growing client base. We’ve helped over 700 clients invest successfully across the UK We’re a values-first business, focused on creating win-wins for clients, the team, and our communities You’ll join a clear career path that leads to a senior, £100k+ earning Closer role The Package OTE £55,000–£60,000, with top performers earning more Flexible working hours and hybrid setup 25 days holiday plus birthday off and public holidays Additional leave between Christmas and New Year Be part of a fun, supportive, and values-driven team What You\’ll Be Doing Engage and support a warm pipeline of active clients Reconnect with previous prospects to reignite interest Understand client goals and present the right investment opportunities Help clients navigate the process from selection through to purchase Liaise with internal teams to keep deals moving Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in the CRM Hit (and exceed) monthly revenue and performance targets Contribute to improving how we present deals and handle objections Who You Are You have at least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in a consultative or high-value environment You’re confident and professional, with a talent for building trust quickly You’re organised, proactive, and take ownership of your pipeline You thrive in a high-performance culture and want to progress You care about doing the right thing for your clients, not just making the sale You’re comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment Experience in property or investment sales Knowledge of buy-to-let strategy or the UK property market Confidence using CRMs and structured sales processes Where This Could Take You This isn’t just another sales job — it’s your stepping stone to a Senior Closer role with six-figure earning potential.
