Location: Gateshead – Office based
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: £45,000
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, flexible between 8am–6pm)
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to break into property investment or begin a career in sales with proper training, genuine support, and a clear path for progression. You’ll work from an extensive warm database of prospects who have previously engaged with us, alongside new inbound enquiries generated through our large and active social channels. Your focus will be on building rapport, qualifying interest, and booking high-quality meetings for our senior sales team. You’ll follow a proven sales process that teaches you how to think commercially, benefit from structured daily coaching, and be supported by a values-led, mission-driven team that is invested in your development. Following our strongest sales year to date, we are growing rapidly — creating significant progression opportunities for ambitious, driven individuals ready to build a long-term career.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Call and engage warm leads from our database
- Qualify prospects and understand their goals
- Book meetings for the senior sales team
- Reconnect with previous enquiries to reignite interest
- Follow our proven scripts, frameworks and training
- Keep CRM notes, activities and pipeline accurate
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach and conversion
- Hit (and exceed) monthly activity and performance targets
Who You Are
You don’t need previous sales experience — just the right attitude. You’re confident, motivated and eager to learn. You want a clear route into high-level sales. You’re proactive and organised, with strong communication skills. You thrive in a fast-moving environment. You care about doing the right thing for clients. You’re ambitious and want to develop into a six-figure Closer role.
