As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Document Controller to join our friendly team at our Wallingford office. This is an entry-level position and would be ideal for a school or college leaver. No previous experience is required – we'll provide all the training you need to succeed. What You'll Be Doing

As a Document Controller, you'll become an important part of our project team, helping to manage the drawings and technical information that keep our construction projects running smoothly. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Managing project drawings and technical documents.
  • Uploading and downloading information using client document management systems.
  • Keeping project records organised and up to date.
  • Issuing the latest drawings to our project teams.
  • Supporting our Design, Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Assisting with project handover documentation.
  • Communicating with clients, architects and suppliers.
  • Learning specialist document management software used throughout the construction industry.

Every day is different, and you'll quickly become an important member of the team.
