You will take full ownership of the business acquisition process, demonstrating professionalism, drive, and ambition. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new client relationships, generating new business, and developing accounts into solid revenue streams. Rest assured, the team will support your client requirements, allowing you to focus solely on generating and securing new clients. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls, networking, and arranging client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact and excellent service delivery.
- Oversee, manage, and direct each account, ensuring you deliver on your commitments with attention to detail.
- Negotiate terms of business and offers with clients.
- Ensure due diligence and compliance, establishing high-quality, commercially viable clients.
- Achieve and surpass individual KPIs and revenue targets.
Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive industry experience in the temporary labour sector, preferably in Industrial & Driving roles.
- Outstanding sales and business development skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients effectively.
- Proven track record of hitting targets and generating revenue.
- Knowledge of the West Midlands market or surrounding regions is a plus.
- A self-starter with resilience and a proactive attitude is essential.
