This is a fantastic opportunity for a project manager to join the Kounter team, the retail agency (part of the Bluedog Group) - a forward-thinking and highly successful group of agencies, with a global presence.
Due to further sustained growth, we are seeking an experienced, positive, and forward-thinking candidate to join our expanding team. You will need the ability to work autonomously and have good attention to detail. Moving heaven and earth for our clients is a belief you must live by.
You will be required to work on a diverse range of retail projects, including both domestic and travel retail. You will be expected to work across multiple projects concurrently, from taking an initial client brief, working with our in-house creative team on design origination, technical drawings, managing production, budgets, safety paperwork creation and onsite delivery.
This is a challenging and exciting position, combining both technical, personal and creative skills.
Retail projects will be your main focus day-to-day, with an opportunity to work on domestic retail projects as this side of our business continues to grow, too.
As an agency, we offer flexible working but will require 3 days a week, working from the Bluedog Group offices in Farnham, Surrey, alongside the rest of the team.
Managing projects and client accounts from the get-go, you'll become an integral part of our mighty team.
We're looking for candidates with the following experience:
· A minimum of 2 years working in the retail sector, ideally for an agency
· Liaising and working effectively with internal resources and external suppliers
· Initial quoting, plus budget reconciliation
· Client meetings – face-to-face/conference call
· Site Surveys, as required
· Logistics across projects – venue liaison, transportation, power, waste disposal, H&S and lighting
· Crew requirements – hotels, flights, transportation, subsistence
· On-site work and the ability to work unsociable hours when required across installations/de-rigs
· Build relationships with prospective suppliers and clients
· Serve as an expert and know your industry, keeping at the forefront of technology and new developments within retail
· Evaluate and explore new opportunities with an eye on innovation
· A creative problem solver with business acumen who will help shape the future of the agency
· A curious individual who is willing to be adaptable, given the fast-paced and ever-changing world we navigate
· Has experience working with brands to deliver retail activations
· Can spot business development opportunities and raise these internally
· Has the ability to communicate effectively and work autonomously
· Multi-tasking and working across a high volume of workflow is a must
· Is proficient across all Microsoft Office programs and various programs in the Adobe CC suite
· A valid UK driving license
· Liaise, book in and work with internal and external resources
