We are looking for a Conduct & Oversight Auditor to join our Nottingham TDX Group. In this role you will work within the Third Party Conduct & Oversight team and will conduct 1st line call monitoring and assurance of our debt collection partners for our customers. You will also maintain appropriate monitoring activities across the Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) to help ensure consumers get fair outcomes by monitoring and enforcing contractual obligations and/or regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and deliver a range of conduct monitoring and audit activity against a range of regulatory, client and quality outcomes.
  • Manage internal stakeholder and external client expectations to ensure regulatory compliance and customer excellence standards are audited and managed sufficiently.
  • Manage investigations into supplier related consumer complaints to understand root cause and required mitigation.
  • Owner of reporting and actions.
  • Develop and track agency performance to continuously improve the levels of agency quality and consumer treatment.
  • Design, implement and track progress against key conduct risks at an agency level.
  • Be flexible and from time-to-time may be required to work outside core business hours.

What experience you need:

  • Comprehensive experience in a consumer environment and Treating Customers Fairly.
  • Detailed understanding of reviewing call quality and able to articulate findings.
  • Experience of gathering data from various internal and external sources.
  • Experience of managing stakeholder requirements and expectations.
  • Experience in Microsoft / G-suite applications.
