Koud is looking for a CCS Cloud Project Manager to work with one of our clients. CCS stands for Contact Center Services which delivers a telephony system and add-on services to company contact centers around the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Establish clear ownership of project tasks across specialist and management teams, ensuring availability of required tools, support and timely feedback to enable project success.
  • Coordinate and facilitate end-to-end delivery of project objectives, including planning, scheduling, monitoring and execution of design, implementation, testing and rollout activities for Contact Center Services.
  • Track project progress against scope, schedule and quality baselines, ensuring milestones, deadlines and budget targets are achieved.
  • Identify, assess and resolve project issues and risks, proactively reporting status, risks and dependencies to management and stakeholders.
  • Define and enforce project policies, methodologies and governance standards across all project activities.
  • Lead regular stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment with business needs, requirements and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with development and support teams to maintain product knowledge and ensure accurate, consistent communication between all stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain all project documentation, including project charter, plans, milestone documentation, status reports and risk management logs, ensuring proper distribution to relevant audiences.
  • Validate Contact Center service implementation against agreed specifications, ensuring compliance with security, performance and quality standards.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and service providers.
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors and third parties to ensure adherence to budget, quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Drive scope and change management processes, including evaluation and approval of project changes and exceptions.
  • Support operational readiness by organizing customer training, aligning it with business goals, and ensuring successful handover to operations and stakeholders.
  • Remove project impediments, protect the team from external distractions, and maintain delivery focus and engagement.
  • Capture and document lessons learned to support continuous improvement and future project delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience in complex technical solutions.
  • Strong experience as Project Manager.
  • Proven PMI, IPMA or PRINCE2 experience.
  • ITIL V4 or higher experience.
  • Agile certificate or experienced.
  • English Fluent.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to align stakeholders and ensure clear information flow.
  • Project management experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, scope and risk control.
  • Ability to coordinate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure accountability for delivery.
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience managing expectations and service quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and drive solutions.
  • High attention to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
