KOTRA London provides recruitment services to companies based in the UK and South Korea. Our client, Asiana Airlines, is recruiting Airport Service Agents to join their business in the UK.
Location: Heathrow Airport (TW19 7LN)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Supervise and liaise with ground handlers and airport teams to ensure on-time flight operation.
- Check customers' travel documents together with relevant identification to ensure compliance with governing bodies.
- Check customers into airline systems adhering to policies and procedures, issuing boarding passes and bag tags, and identifying and processing dangerous goods.
- Manage overall airport service in case of flight disruptions, mis-connections, and other passenger-related disruptions.
- Manage cargo operations.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Diligent attention to detail.
- Aptitude for working with a variety of information technology.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy under pressure.
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Good communication skills and telephone manner.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
- Speaking Korean and knowledge of Korean culture would be an advantage.
