Koto is seeking an experienced Client Servicer to manage the day-to-day running of multiple projects for one of its pillar accounts. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and on budget while selling the Koto experience to support new business activities.
You will build and nurture client relationships, communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, and champion best practices in project management and client service. Travel to studios globally is expected.
