You are an experienced and seasoned Client Servicer; meticulous, process-driven, and a true people-person. You establish, build and maintain close and meaningful relationships with Koto's clients and can work strategically towards Koto's commercial goals.
Responsibilities
- You manage the day-to-day running of multiple projects with ease and are able to work quickly, carefully and autonomously to ensure we deliver projects on time and on budget.
- You know how to sell the Koto experience, prepping and taking part in Koto's new business activities and help to ensure we put our best foot forward.
- You build great relationships with your clients and internal teams — you know how to advocate for both and communicate clearly to each (both verbally and in writing).
- You champion best practices across project management and client service, providing the best level of care and service to our clients throughout their time with us.
- You own your projects and their resourcing, knowing who's on what at all times whilst having one strategic eye on the future to aid your CSD with planning.
- You can negotiate with ease. Contracts, fees, extensions, feedback. You can hold your own and bring clients back on side when the going gets tough.
- You navigate and report financial data with clarity to your MD and finance team and can easily pull up reports and talk to them using our latest reporting tools.
- You take an active role in our KPIs and are aware of our monthly financial goals and support our journey to meeting them.
- You nurture and mentor junior members of your team, guiding their decision-making behind the scenes to empower them to own their relationships.
- You have a passion and interest in branding and the design community and are able to talk confidently to this in meetings and internal discussion.
- You have a willingness to work in person in our London studio, be an active part of our studio's culture and are open to travel globally, from Stuttgart to San Francisco.
