Kotn is looking for a BOH (back-of-house) Associate to support the efficient operation of our store’s back-end processes. As an essential part of the Retail Operations team, you will ensure all inventory, deliveries, and stockroom activities are handled accurately and efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity, integral to the growth and success of Kotn’s Retail Business.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Stockroom & Logistics Operations (40%)
    • Handle deliveries and shipments, including scheduling and tracking shipments
    • Assist with the preparation of inventory audits and regular stock counts
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the stockroom and storage areas
    • Monitor product quality, report damaged goods, and handle returns or defective products
    • Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise
    • Monitor and maintain the stockroom by organizing products and supplies
    • Ensure timely and accurate restocking of merchandise on the sales floor
    • Prepare merchandise for floor sets
  • Supporting the Sales Floor (30%)
    • Provide the sales team with quick and accurate information regarding stock availability
    • Ensure products are available for customers when needed
    • Run product from BOH to FOH to support customer purchases and restocking
    • Be customer-focused, and prepared to support customer service and sales at all times
  • Customer Experience & Service (30%)
    • Provide best-in-class customer service experience to our customers, fielding questions and providing upbeat, customized experience
    • Process cash operations with efficiency and accuracy
    • Ensure products are available for customers when needed, running product from BOH to FOH to support customer purchases and restocking
  • Visual Merchandising (30%)
    • Execute early morning and late evening store merchandising
