Koti Home Care is a new domiciliary service, but it’s not being built in the usual way. No chasing volume, no overpromising, no chaos disguised as growth. The aim is simple — run a tight, reliable service where care is delivered properly and staff know what they’re doing.
We’re now looking for an Assistant Manager to help make that happen.
Responsibilities
- Manage rotas, staff issues and last‑minute changes, ensuring calls are covered.
- Step in when calls are not covered and handle any arising issues.
- Work closely with the Registered Manager, sorting problems early and providing support to carers.
- Adapt to both smooth and challenging days, maintaining reliable service delivery.
Qualifications
- Understand how domiciliary care really works, not just how it looks on paper.
- Be organised, able to think on your feet, and capable of managing people as well as processes.
- Have a driving licence and your own vehicle.
- Have experience as a Senior Carer, Care Coordinator, or Deputy and a desire to run a properly managed service.
