About the Role As a Principal DevOps Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to design and implement high-impact, scalable Kosli implementations. This role spans strategic technical discussions, solution architecture design, implementation support and long-term client management. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure we deliver best-in-class service and innovation. Key Responsibilities Engage with technology executives, engineers, and stakeholders in pre-sales technical conversations and long-term relationship management. Design, develop, and oversee solutions to ensure successful deployment of Kosli, meeting customer control and audit requirements. Develop end user documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and videos explaining the capabilities of Kosli Provide product feedback to the engineering team, contributing to the product roadmap with customer insights. Help shape Kosli’s service offerings, including training and onboarding programs for new customers. Support marketing efforts through content creation, including blog posts, webinars, and live events. Collaborate in the Field Services Team to deliver exceptional customer service. You might be a great fit for this role if you have: Solid experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering . Git and version control workflows CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab etc.) Container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CloudFormation) Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Programming and scripting languages (Python, Go, YAML, JSON etc.) A background in financial services or similar regulated industries. Familiarity with compliance frameworks, and security requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX, PCI DSS) A track record in consulting , solutions architecture , or technical coaching . Interest in technical sales and supporting go-to-market strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Perks & Benefits Competitive salary.
