We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead our catering operations. The successful candidate will take ownership of food preparation, presentation, and safety standards, while managing day-to-day service and mentoring the wider catering team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an established hospitality professional to step into a leadership role and help deliver memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistently high quality standards
- Lead the team in serving meals and beverages courteously to guests and clients
- Manage the setup and clearing of catering areas before and after events
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Oversee delivery logistics, including loading, unloading, and transporting supplies or equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness standards across kitchen and service areas throughout shifts
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Ensure excellent guest service by promptly resolving customer needs and inquiries
- Set the standard for professional phone etiquette when taking orders or handling client communications
- Coordinate across the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of catering services
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is essential
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Skills in cooking, meal preparation, or culinary arts are desirable
- Background in hotel, catering, or kitchen management is beneficial
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for interacting with guests and team members
