Job Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation and optimization of grid connection schemes for large-scale energy storage power stations. Combine grid connection specifications with project operating conditions to ensure the schemes are scientifically feasible and fully implemented.
- Liaise with power grid companies, design institutes and other relevant entities, lead technical review and demonstration meetings for grid connection, respond to and resolve technical queries in a timely manner, and promote the efficient progress of approval processes.
- Coordinate pre-grid connection technical preparations, including equipment joint commissioning, protection setting calculation, and system performance testing, to ensure core indicators meet grid access requirements.
- Lead the entire process of grid connection commissioning and acceptance, formulate detailed commissioning plans and acceptance standards, direct on-site commissioning teams to complete all tests, and troubleshoot technical faults during the commissioning phase.
- Provide post-grid connection technical operation and maintenance support, monitor the stability of system operation, and develop optimization schemes for issues such as power fluctuations and harmonic exceeding standards.
- Track technical trends and new industry standards in energy storage grid connection, participate in formulating and updating the company’s relevant technical specifications and operation manuals, and provide technical guidance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Power System and Automation or related majors, with over 5 years of experience in grid connection of large-scale energy storage or new energy power stations (PV, wind power).
- Proficient in technical specifications and approval processes for grid connection of energy storage power stations, capable of independently formulating grid connection schemes and solving practical technical problems.
- Master the principles and commissioning methods of core equipment such as BMS, EMS and grid-connected inverters, with strong on-site fault diagnosis capabilities.
- Hold relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Registered Electrical Engineer, Electrical Safety Work Permit) is preferred. Experience in the entire grid connection process of MW-level energy storage power stations is a plus.
- Good project management capabilities, able to plan work schedules and coordinate resources. Capable of independently completing technical documents such as commissioning and acceptance reports.
- Excellent communication, coordination and teamwork skills, strong pressure resistance, and able to adapt to on-site business trips and periodic high-intensity work.
