About the Role
- Formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to meet company goals, including developing integrated campaigns across multiple channels to boost brand awareness, attract potential buyers, and generate sales leads.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and unexplored markets to enhance buyer engagement and drive sales growth, while fostering strong relationships with agents and partners.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market segments, thereby improving sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination among sales, marketing, and operations for optimal business results.
