About our Client

A Hong Kong Listed Developer is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to manage their self-owned UK Residential Properties

About the Role

  • Formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to meet company goals, including developing integrated campaigns across multiple channels to boost brand awareness, attract potential buyers, and generate sales leads
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and unexplored markets to enhance buyer engagement and drive sales growth, while fostering strong relationships with agents and partners
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market segments, thereby improving sales and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination among sales, marketing, and operations for optimal business results
  • Track and evaluate sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management to support informed strategic decisions

The successful applicants

  • Degree holder in Real Estate or Marketing related disciplines
  • 8 years\’ or above experience in sales and marketing experience, preferably with in-depth understanding and demonstrated success in UK properties
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
