KorumLegal is looking for an experienced commercial lawyer to join our panel of legal professionals for a contract assignment lasting at least 3-6 months, with the flexibility for either full‑time or part‑time arrangements. In this role, the Legal Consultant will act as a key legal advisor to a client operating in the medical devices and life sciences sector. As this is an urgent engagement, candidates with immediate availability will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role will support commercial legal matters across the UK and Nordics region, with a primary focus on drafting and negotiating sales-related commercial agreements.
  • Experience within the medical, healthcare, or other highly regulated sectors is especially valuable.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is an English or Scottish qualified lawyer with 6-10 PQE and able to work confidently with stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • They should be particularly adept at partnering with demanding sales teams, managing pressure, and delivering timely, pragmatic advice in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
  • A strong understanding of industry regulations, especially those applicable to the medical devices, healthcare, or broader life sciences sectors, is highly advantageous.
  • Candidates from other sectors with multinational experience will also be considered.
