Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the Bournemouth office, including supplies, facilities and compliance
- Coordinate all company travel and hotel bookings
- Support Executive Assistants with planning company events and internal meetings
- Prepare, format and proofread presentations, reports and business documents
- Partner with senior stakeholders to design, prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations aligned with our branding
- Handle confidential information, including company credit card reconciliation
- Welcome and coordinate visits from business partners and external guests
