Kornit Digital is a worldwide market leader in sustainable, on-demand, digital fashion and textile production technologies. The Company is building end-to-end solutions including digital printing systems, inks, consumables, and a global ecosystem that manages workflows and fulfilment. We are looking for a high-calibre, analytical and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead Kornit's market expansion into the UK screen print market. This role focuses on building strategic, long-term partnerships through business analysis, value creation and a deep understanding of mass digital production economics. You will own the commercial strategy for the region, developing data-led insights, executing targeted outreach, and guiding customers through Kornit's Value Add Selling (VAS) methodology, diagnosing business challenges, modelling ROI, and delivering growth solutions through our All-Inclusive Click (AIC) business model.
What will you do?
- Analyse market data to identify high-value segments and build structured, scalable go-to-market plans.
- Map customer workflows, production economics, and long-run business goals to uncover opportunities for digital transformation.
- Execute a Consultative, Business-Analysis Sales Motion.
- Lead customers through a structured discovery process: productivity analysis, financial modelling, ROI justification, executive alignment.
- Build compelling business cases grounded in operational efficiency, labour optimisation, capacity modelling and margin expansion.
- Execute a disciplined outbound motion using data to prioritise leads and maximise revenue impact.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through commercial modelling and contract negotiation to signed agreement.
- Maintain a high-quality pipeline that reflects strong qualification, forecasting accuracy and consistent deal progression.
- Build multi-threaded relationships with senior decision makers across production, operations, finance and ownership levels.
- Become a trusted advisor who can reshape customer strategy, not just offer equipment.
- Champion Kornit's pay-per-print partnership model to show customers how to scale profitably.
Requirements
A True Business Partner mindset, Not a System Seller. We are looking for someone who combines commercial drive with operational understanding and strategic thinking.
Professional Background
- Proven success in the screen print market either in consumables or machinery, SaaS, EaaS, or digital production.
- Experience selling into manufacturing, print, packaging, industrial production or similar environments.
- Demonstrated ability to open new markets, win new logos and consistently exceed quota.
Business & Analytical Capability
- Strong financial and operational acumen, able to analyse production workflows, cost structures, labour models and capacity constraints.
- Experience building high-impact business cases that articulate ROI, cost-per-unit modelling and multi-year strategic value.
Sales Methodology & Personal Traits
- Expert in solution-based sales with a consultative, problem-solving approach.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, highly resilient and comfortable operating autonomously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Affinity with fashion, athleisure or apparel production environments is advantageous.
- Screen-printing, digital textile printing or screen-ink sales experience is a strong advantage.
What We Offer
- A pivotal commercial role in one of the industry's most innovative, high-growth technology companies.
- The opportunity to sell a disruptive, value-based business model (AIC PPP), not commodity equipment.
- Full autonomy to own your market, build your strategy, and shape Kornit's expansion in the UK.
- A collaborative global environment with clear opportunities for personal and professional development.
