Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in UX Design, Innovation Design, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, time-bound innovation projects.
- Strong portfolio with relevant case studies demonstrating discovery-to-validation workflows.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure.
- Exposure to Generative AI in research, design, or prototyping workflows (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and user-centred design processes.
- Understanding of Generative AI concepts and implications for UX.
- Experience using general AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Notebook-style tools).
- Familiarity with emerging AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
