Korn Ferry is searching for an EMEA Early Careers Recruiter to support one of our Technology RPO clients. As a member of Korn Ferry, the EMEA Early Careers Recruiter will build world class University Relations and Internship programs for our client through development of key relationships in business as well as identified schools and other organisations.
This role focuses on high touch candidate, stakeholder and university relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client-facing activities. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert around early talent development and building a long-term sustainable strategy. This role will be part of an established team specialising in Early Careers recruitment, focused on Interns, Apprentices, Co-ops and Graduates across the EMEA region.
- Partner with the client steering committee to identify key target Universities and programs as well as long term strategy of clients University Program.
- Set road maps to build long term relationships with identified Universities and programs.
- Develop a strong pipeline for both entry level positions and internships within the client's business.
- Build strong relationships with students to promote our client and Korn Ferry as an employer of choice.
- Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities internally and with our client.
- Organise and attend all related events such as career fairs, networking events, classroom presentations and interviews panels.
- Track and present all University and Internship related metrics to steering committee and executive team.
- Oversee Internship program including activities and engagement of team. Seek feedback and measure the program success.
- Representing the client brand at campus fairs, events and virtual sessions, ensuring consistent messaging and a compelling value proposition for early talent.
Required Skills:
- Applicant Tracking System experience
- Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches
- Experience with Early Careers, recruitment at universities, including participation in career fairs or other early careers activities is essential.
