As a Senior Implementation Consultant with Korn Ferry, you will lead defined implementation workstreams and support the successful delivery of RPO and Project client implementations. You will partner with internal teams and client stakeholders across local, regional, and global environments to deliver structured, high‑quality implementation outcomes.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing implementation workstream activities, supporting smaller end‑to‑end implementations, and ensuring alignment to agreed scope, timelines, and governance standards. You will contribute to successful client launches, expansions, and ongoing delivery improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Support delivery of implementation workstreams across process, training, onboarding, go-live, and stabilisation activities.
- Coordinate project activities, dependencies, risks, actions, and reporting to ensure delivery against agreed timelines.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions, capturing requirements and supporting process design and documentation.
- Create and deliver training, onboarding, and operational readiness activities for client and internal teams.
- Support testing, go-live readiness, and structured transition into BAU operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Reporting, HR, Legal, and Operations to drive successful delivery.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, standardisation, and use of AI and automation to enhance implementation delivery.
- Experience supporting Talent Acquisition or recruitment implementations across defined workstreams or smaller projects.
- Familiarity with project governance frameworks and tools, including RAID logs and project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project or similar (desirable).
- Knowledge of ATS and TA technologies including (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Oracle).
- Strong project coordination, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with process mapping and design tools (e.g. Visio).
- Ability to create and manage project documentation and deliverables using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, global environments while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, adaptable, and delivery-focused approach.
