We\’re seeking a
Principal Consultant
to join our high-performing Total Reward team. This is a unique opportunity to work on strategic reward projects that shape pay transparency, harmonisation, and performance alignment across public and private sector organisations.

What You\’ll Do

As a Principal Consultant, you\’ll lead and deliver impactful Total Reward solutions, including:

  • Designing base pay and variable pay structures
  • Conducting benchmarking and job evaluation
  • Creating career architecture and performance frameworks
  • Advising on equal pay and transparency legislation
  • Leading client engagements and managing complex reward projects

You\’ll also contribute to business development, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate across our consulting practices.

We\’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Deep reward expertise
    from internal HR consulting or management consulting
  • Strong technical skills in
    Excel, Power BI
    , and data analysis
  • Experience in
    job sizing, benchmarking, and pay strategy
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, client-facing environments

Experience in both public and private sectors is a plus, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to think strategically, communicate clearly, and deliver value.
