We’re looking for Senior Consultants with Total Reward experience to deliver reward, job evaluation, and pay structure engagements for private‑sector clients.
What you’ll do
- Deliver Total Reward and job evaluation workstreams
- Analyse market data, grading structures, and pay frameworks
- Support the design of reward strategies and structures
- Work directly with clients to explain insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with Work & Career Architecture and OD teams
What we’re looking for
- Experience in Total Reward, compensation, or reward consulting
- Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data
- Ability to explain complex reward topics clearly
- Consulting or in‑house reward experience
