We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Project Manager to support the delivery of client engagements and strategic initiatives across Korn Ferry Consulting. This role will play a central role through FY27 in a priority "big bet" growth initiative, focused on expanding Korn Ferry’s Interim placement capability within the UK Public Sector.

Role Purpose:

The Senior Consultant – Project Manager partners with Consulting and Commercial colleagues to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects effectively, ensuring a high-quality client experience, strong operational discipline, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interim Growth Initiative (UK Public Sector) – Core Focus:
    • Play a central role in delivering projects aligned to the growth of Interim solutions within the UK Public Sector
    • Support mobilisation and coordination of interim assignments and multi‑role engagements
    • Track and analyse pipeline, utilisation, and delivery performance metrics
    • Support effective execution by ensuring visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies
    • Contribute to building repeatable delivery approaches, tools, and tracking mechanisms to support scaling
    • Work closely with Consulting and Commercial colleagues to ensure delivery aligns with growth objectives
  • Project Delivery:
    • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of projects or defined workstreams, from mobilisation through to completion
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
    • Coordinate internal teams to ensure clarity on scope, roles, and expectations
    • Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Data & Performance Management:
    • Track and analyse project and programme data including progress, utilisation, timelines, and key delivery metrics
    • Support forecasting and reporting using internal systems and tools
    • Translate data into clear insights and actions to support decision making
    • Maintain high levels of data accuracy and reporting discipline
    • Track project financials including budget, time, expenses, and margin indicators
    • Support invoicing and financial reporting processes
    • Provide regular updates on progress, forecast, and variances
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and, where appropriate, clients
    • Support effective communication across stakeholders
    • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear actions and follow‑up
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Ensure consistent use of Korn Ferry tools, systems, and delivery processes
    • Support onboarding and coordination of project team members
    • Contribute to improving project management practices, tools, and reporting approaches

  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (Desirable)
  • Experience in UK Public Sector and/or interim / contingent workforce solutions
