Candidates should have a strong background in organizational strategy and transformation, experience in fast-paced, complex environments, and be customer-focused, partnering with clients to achieve the best outcomes. Applicants must have SC Clearance, management consulting experience, and demonstrate senior stakeholder management, organization transformation, human operating model design, and strategic communication skills. Candidates with 3+ years of consulting experience are preferred.
