Korn Ferry’s Organisational Design team helps leaders turn strategy into effective structures, roles, and ways of working — and we’re growing our UK&I team. We’re looking for Senior Consultants with organisational design experience who enjoy combining analysis, facilitation, and practical problem-solving.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver organisation design and operating model workstreams
- Analyse organisational data and develop design options
- Facilitate client workshops and working sessions
- Work closely with senior leaders to shape decisions
- Contribute to high-quality, evidence-based OD solutions
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in organisation design or operating model work
