Korn Ferry’s Organisational Design team helps leaders turn strategy into effective structures, roles, and ways of working — and we’re growing our UK&I team. We’re looking for Senior Consultants with organisational design experience who enjoy combining analysis, facilitation, and practical problem-solving.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver organisation design and operating model workstreams
  • Analyse organisational data and develop design options
  • Facilitate client workshops and working sessions
  • Work closely with senior leaders to shape decisions
  • Contribute to high-quality, evidence-based OD solutions

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in organisation design or operating model work
  • Strong analytical and facilitation skills
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Consulting or equivalent in-house experience
