What You’ll Do

  • Lead Strategic Opportunities: Manage multiple concurrent bids, RFPs, RFIs, presentations, and strategic opportunities across EMEA. Develop and drive deal strategies, workplans, timelines, and governance from kick‑off through submission. Coordinate cross‑functional teams including sales, solution design, commercial, legal, marketing, operations, and subject matter experts.
  • Shape Winning Narratives: Transform complex information into compelling, client‑focused stories that differentiate Korn Ferry. Challenge conventional thinking and identify creative ways to position our solutions. Help senior stakeholders articulate value, innovation, and measurable business outcomes. Ensure every submission is strategically aligned to client priorities and decision criteria.
  • Drive Innovation and Technology Adoption: Leverage AI‑powered tools, content libraries, knowledge platforms, and emerging technologies to improve proposal quality, efficiency, and insight generation.
