We’re growing our Leadership & Professional Development (L&PD) team in the UK and looking for an experienced consultant who thrives at the intersection of strategic insight and human impact. You’ll work directly with clients to design and deliver transformative leadership programs that fuel performance, culture change, and growth. Our programs span from emerging leaders to C-suite executives, and blend deep behavioural science, business strategy, and human connection.

Responsibilities include:

  • Advising clients on their leadership development strategy, translating business goals into powerful learning journeys.
  • Facilitating immersive in-person and virtual learning experiences that build critical capabilities—whether it's leading through change, developing inclusive cultures, or accelerating executive readiness.
  • Contributing to business development, including writing proposals, shaping solutions, and growing key accounts.
  • Playing a leadership role internally—mentoring colleagues, sharing best practices across our global community, and contributing to the evolution of our L&PD offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in leadership development, coaching, facilitation or consulting.
  • Strong skills in program design, learning architecture, and instructional development.
  • Ability to lead complex client projects, often global or multi-sector.
  • Knowledge of talent, leadership and assessment trends.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to quality and impact.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with assessment debriefs, team development, or executive learning.
