We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead a high-impact transformation programme within the automotive industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at a pivotal moment, delivering complex, multi-stream change initiatives across business and technology domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programmes across operations, technology, and commercial functions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across global teams, ensuring strategic objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
- Lead programme planning, governance, risk management, and reporting at a senior executive level.
- Manage third-party suppliers and internal resources to deliver against tight timelines and budgets.
- Ensure that change initiatives are embedded effectively and deliver long-term value.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Programme Director or Senior Programme Manager, ideally in contract or consultancy roles.
- Demonstrable experience in leading major transformation programmes within the automotive industry.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement.
- Ability to lead matrixed teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
