We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead a high-impact transformation programme within the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programmes across operations, technology, and commercial functions.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across global teams, ensuring strategic objectives are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Lead programme planning, governance, risk management, and reporting at a senior executive level.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and internal resources to deliver against tight timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure that change initiatives are embedded effectively and deliver long-term value.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Director or Senior Programme Manager, ideally in contract or consultancy roles.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading major transformation programmes within the automotive industry.
  • Strong background in IT and business change delivery, with the ability to balance commercial and technical priorities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement.
  • Ability to lead matrixed teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with EV, mobility solutions, or connected vehicle programmes.
  • Experience in agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies.
