Our client, a leading organisation undergoing a major transformation portfolio, is seeking an experienced Programme Director to drive delivery across business and technology change. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives, AI-led transformation, and continuous improvement programmes.
Key Skills & Experience:- Proven experience delivering complex transformation programmes within pensions (broader financial services considered)
- Strong background in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation
- Experience delivering AI-driven and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end business and technology change
