Korn Ferry are hiring for a Recruitment Project Manager to join us on a new and exciting client account.

About the opportunity

This is your opportunity to manage our client account whilst leading a team of professional Talent Acquisition specialists. This role has plenty of scope to make your own mark and make the team your own. You'll continue to deliver a best-in-class resourcing function by achieving all agreed performance metrics, but you will also own a continuous improvement roadmap which should include enhancements to our people, processes, and technology with the aim of exceeding our clients' expectations and delighting our stakeholders. Keen to share your knowledge and insights, the wider team will also look to you for expertise, trusted advice, management and development. This role will involve close collaboration with specialists across employer branding, recruitment marketing, sourcing, DE&I and continuous improvement.

About you

You will have a proven track record in a people management role within talent acquisition, and you will have a demonstrable range of interpersonal and collaboration skills to draw upon. You should be able to evidence your multiple achievements in driving improvements in KPI performance, operational discipline, data integrity and overall recruiter capability in a team dynamic, and you should be able to provide examples of times when you've analysed data and reviewed processes to manage risk and opportunity in a large scale recruitment function. Understandably, it's important that you're highly organised, self-motivated and able to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels and across diverse cultures.

  • Recruitment operations management experience within an in-house, MSP or RPO environment
  • Commercial and Project experience
  • Delivery responsibility across KPIs & SLA's and broader contractual agreements
  • Quality assurance and compliance audits
  • Strategic mindset and approach
  • Senior stakeholder management both internally and on the client side
  • Fluency in English
