Korn Ferry is recruiting on behalf of a newly established national healthcare organisation for an experienced Workforce Manager/Recruitment & Mobilisation Lead to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and workforce mobilisation during a critical growth period.
The role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the London office, contract length until March 2027 initially, and a daily rate of up to £380 Inside IR35. You will develop plans, manage campaigns and ensure compliance.
