We are looking for an exceptional Senior Consultant to join our Organizational Strategy team in London.

The Opportunity: As a Senior Consultant, you will be at the heart of helping global clients solve their most complex organizational and people challenges. From leadership development to workforce transformation, you will design and deliver solutions that directly shape the success of businesses and the engagement of their people. This role offers rich learning experiences, exposure to leading organizations across industries, and a clear pathway for personal and professional growth. Whether facilitating leadership workshops or analyzing organizational design, you’ll drive meaningful impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with clients to design organizational structures, define roles, and align talent strategies with business goals.
  • Work across Organizational Strategy, Total Reward, Leadership Development, and Assessment & Succession solution areas.
  • Collaborate with diverse, high-performing teams to deliver tailored, data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct organizational assessments, synthesize insights, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops and client engagements that drive actionable outcomes.
  • Leverage Korn Ferry's proprietary tools, frameworks, and AI technologies to enhance client solutions.

About You:

  • 3–5 years’ consulting experience, ideally within people, organizational or strategy consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills—able to break down complex problems and synthesize insights.
  • High learning agility and curiosity—a drive to explore new ideas and quickly adapt.
  • A consultative, client-first mindset—focused on delivering real and lasting client value.
  • Emotional intelligence—building trust and strong client relationships comes naturally to you.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Highly professional with a strong sense of integrity and commitment to quality.
  • Tech-savvy—proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, CoPilot).
  • Able to work 2-3 days a week in our London office, alongside flexible hybrid working arrangements.
