A newly established national healthcare organisation is looking for an experienced Workforce Manager/Recruitment & Mobilisation Lead to coordinate recruitment, onboarding and workforce mobilisation during a critical period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage recruitment and workforce mobilisation plans.
Coordinate recruitment activity with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
Track vacancies from approval through to start date.
Manage onboarding, induction and workforce readiness activities.
Ensure compliance with NHS Employment Check Standards and safer recruitment requirements.
Maintain accurate workforce establishment and vacancy information.
Produce recruitment and workforce performance reporting.
Support continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Essential Experience
Significant NHS recruitment, resourcing or workforce services experience.
Strong knowledge of NHS Employment Checks and safer recruitment requirements.
Experience delivering recruitment campaigns and onboarding programmes.
Experience working with outsourced recruitment providers.
Strong workforce planning and recruitment reporting capability.
