As demand for our Local Public Services (LPS) expertise continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Principal to join our UK&I Consulting team.
This is a senior, delivery-led role for a leader who enjoys working at C-suite level, leading complex programmes, and developing high-performing consulting teams within a public-sector context.
What you’ll do
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior public-sector leaders, including Chief Executives and Directors
- Lead complex Local Public Services engagements and workstreams
- Provide senior oversight and assurance across multi-disciplinary programmes
- Coach and develop Principals, Associate Principals, and Consultants
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of Korn Ferry’s LPS practice
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience delivering complex public-sector consulting or transformation work
- Strong credibility with senior leaders in local government or wider public services
- Proven programme leadership and judgement in complex environments
- A collaborative, inclusive leadership style
- Exposure to Work & Career Architecture, career frameworks, or workforce design is beneficial, but not essential
