A newly established healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to help build its people function from the ground up. This role will play a key part in establishing HR processes, supporting organisational growth, and partnering with senior leaders as the organisation recruits and onboards up to 100 employees.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning and people strategy.
Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce mobilisation activities.
Develop HR procedures and operational processes around existing policies.
Provide guidance on employee relations, organisational change and people matters.
Support workforce reporting, compliance and governance requirements.
Lead on NHS Job Evaluation and Agenda for Change activities.
Help establish a positive culture and employee experience.
Essential Experience
Significant NHS HR Business Partner experience.
Strong knowledge of Agenda for Change and NHS HR processes.
Experience supporting NHS Job Evaluation Scheme (JES).
Proven track record of building or improving HR functions and processes.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Desirable
Chartered CIPD or equivalent senior HR qualification.
Experience supporting organisational mobilisation, transformation or growth programmes.
Knowledge of ESR and NHS workforce reporting.
