Talent Acquisition
The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting a small team of 20 consultants with 8 partners.
They will have direct responsibility for 3-4 Partners working with another EA to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the team and providing high-quality administrative support.
They will support diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, invoicing and expenses for the Partners they support with wider team support on various matters matters including some marketing and small event support.
Arrange travel and itineraries.
Provide administrative support for team projects and initiatives.
Support colleagues across the wider administrative team when required, including holiday and absence cover.
Organise internal and external meetings, conference calls, and virtual meetings.
Managing marketing contact list, actions from marketing meeting, planning and managing small client events arranging venues, invitations
Prepare and submit expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Support project administration by assisting with project setup, documentation, and tracking activities.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data is kept up to date.
Assist with timesheet administration and reporting where required.
Previous experience in an administrative, team assistant, coordinator, or secretary position preferably in a professional services firm.
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
Strong customer service mindset with a proactive and flexible approach.
