What You’ll Do
- Deliver assessment projects: Manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Support complex evaluations: Contribute to assessments for senior and emerging talent using structured interviews, simulations, and psychometric tools.
- Analyse and interpret data: Identify behavioural patterns, assess potential, and generate insights that inform succession and selection decisions.
- Develop your consulting toolkit: Learn Korn Ferry’s proprietary frameworks and methodologies, and build your capability in client-facing delivery.
- Collaborate across practices: Work with colleagues in talent acquisition, development, and organisational strategy to deliver integrated solutions.
Who You Are
- You bring up to 2-4 years’ experience post graduation in assessment or occupational psychology.
- You must be comfortable managing administration and can demonstrate strong attention to detail, prioritisation and project co-ordination.
- You’re confident working with psychometric data, structured interviews, and behavioural frameworks.
- You’re analytical and curious—comfortable interpreting data and asking critical questions.
- You communicate clearly and can translate technical findings into meaningful client insights.
- You’re organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- You’re collaborative and bring a positive, professional energy to your work.
